Website packages for different stages of business
Whether you're launching your first website or refining an existing one, these package types cover the most common needs. Each project is quoted individually based on your content, pages and goals. If you're comparing website design prices or website packages, we’ll quote clearly based on your pages, content and goals.
One-page starter website
A focused single-page website that clearly explains what you do, who you work with and how people can contact you. Ideal for freelance services, small shops or businesses testing a new idea.
- Single scrolling page with clear sections
- Mobile-friendly layout
- Contact form or direct contact details
- Basic on-page SEO structure
Multi-page business website
A structured website with dedicated pages for your business story, services, products and contact details. Suitable for growing businesses and organisations that need more space for information.
- Typical structure: Home, About, Services, Contact (+ optional extras)
- Responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop
- Clear navigation and page hierarchy
- Content layout guidance if needed
Custom web apps, CRMs & portals
For businesses that need more than standard pages — such as internal tools, client portals, catalogue management, dashboards, or workflow systems. We plan carefully and phase larger builds so expectations stay aligned and delivery stays responsible.
- Database-driven features and structured content
- Product catalogues and custom content management
- Lightweight CRM-style tools and admin portals
- Integrations (forms, email flows, third-party tools)
Website redesign & improvements
If you already have a website but it feels outdated, confusing or messy, VVC can refine the layout, content flow and visuals without necessarily rebuilding everything from the ground up.
- Review of your current website layout and structure
- Suggestions to simplify navigation and content
- Visual refresh to align with your brand
- Improvements to ensure your site works for your business
Website audit, fixes & optimisation
A focused review for websites that are slow, broken, or not converting. We identify practical fixes and can implement improvements in a controlled way (without disrupting rankings or user experience).
- Speed and layout checks (mobile + desktop)
- Broken links, structural issues and content flow fixes
- Basic security and stability improvements
- Recommendations you can act on immediately
Website maintenance & care plans
A website is most useful when it stays up to date. VVC offers flexible options for ongoing updates and light technical care, so you don't have to worry about the small details on your own.
Monthly care plan
For businesses that prefer a predictable rhythm of updates. We agree on a reasonable amount of changes per month based on your needs and budget.
- Content edits (text & image swaps)
- Light structural changes where needed
- Basic checks for broken links and layout issues
- Simple performance and usability suggestions
- Ongoing on-page SEO improvements where appropriate
On-demand updates
If you don't need monthly support, you can request updates when required. This is often a good fit for stable websites that only change a few times per year.
- Pay per update or grouped change request
- Suitable for smaller content adjustments
- Clear communication before any work starts
- Option to move into a monthly plan later
FAQ – Common questions about website projects
Every business is a little different, but these questions come up often. If something is unclear, you can always ask before deciding.
How long does a typical website take?
Timelines depend on how many pages you need and how ready your content is. A simple one-page website can often be completed within 2–5 days. A larger multi-page website typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on your requirements and how quickly content is supplied.
What do you need from me to get started?
At minimum, a short description of your business, your services or products, any existing branding (logo, colours) and what you want visitors to be able to do on the site. If you're unsure, we can start small and shape the content together. You can also complete the website onboarding form.
Can you build custom systems like CRMs or portals?
Yes. If you need a catalogue manager, internal workflow tool, client portal or a lightweight CRM-style system, we can scope it responsibly and build it in phases. The goal is a system your team can actually use — without unnecessary complexity.
Do you only work with small businesses?
No. VVC works with solo entrepreneurs, small businesses and more established companies. If a project becomes too large or complex to handle responsibly as a solo studio, that will be communicated clearly and we can either phase the work or decline the project.
Can you improve a website built by someone else?
In many cases, yes — especially if the site uses standard, accessible technologies. We can review what you have, identify what can be refined and suggest practical next steps instead of starting over.
Do you help with domain names and hosting?
Yes, and it's included as part of our base services at no extra cost. If you don't already have a domain or hosting, VVC can assist with choosing a sensible option, setting it up and connecting it to your website. You will always remain the owner of your domain and hosting.
Do you provide SEO?
Yes — VVC builds websites with strong on-page SEO foundations, including clean headings, page titles, internal linking and index-ready pages. Ongoing SEO-related improvements can be included as part of a website maintenance plan where appropriate.
Not sure which website option fits your business?
You don't need to have every detail figured out. Share a few basics about your business, and Vivid Vista Creations will suggest a realistic way forward based on your goals and budget.
